After 74 years a great basketball team reported the Tricolor in the lagoon beating the Dolomiti Energia of Trento with a score of 81 to 78. A beautiful game that left with bated breath until the last and that has been able to give us incredible moments of joy: In the first time Trento, who played at home, had been in the lead of eleven points. Less than three minutes from the end the score was on the 71 to 67 for Venice, and Trento managed to take a-1 when they were missing 9 seconds from the end: At that point, the two free throws of Haynes gave Venice the decisive advantage.
After a long season of 71 matches in which Reyer was the best Italian among the European teams, takes home the most coveted prize and becomes champion of Italy
